Log in to CallGuide Edge Agent

First see Before you start using CallGuide Edge Agent Then do like this to start :

1. Open your web browser
2. Browse to the web page for CallGuide Edge Agent

The first time you log in you need to enter data that is later remembered by the system. This is how you do the initial two step sign-in

1. Select preferred language.

2. Enter your CallGuide Username, your Password and a telephone number or Extension
3. Click on Login to open the page where you select your Location name
4. Click on Login to open your Egde Agent start view.

The next time you only have to enter your Password, and click on Login once.
